Delivery Policy

At Water Blades, all of our products are custom-made to order, ensuring exceptional quality tailored to your project. Lead times can vary depending on the design and current production demands.

• Standard Range Dispatch: Our standard range of water blades is currently on a lead time of 5-10 working days (Mon-Fri).
• Custom Orders: Lead times for custom designs typically range from 2 to 6 weeks. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

Delivery Charges:

• UK Deliveries: Free of charge for all UK orders.
• European Deliveries: Rates start from £15.00.
• International Deliveries: Rates start from £23.99.

Shipping Information:

• We use trusted courier services for all deliveries and will provide tracking details once your order is shipped.
• European and International Deliveries may be subject to VAT and Duties which are not charged by us and may be charged by carrier to you directly. We accept no liability for these charges and the charge is between the customer and the courier.
